When you register with us (online or in the clinic), visit our website, social media accounts, visit our clinic, place an order, sign up to newsletters, or contact us, we will collect certain personal information from you which is necessary to perform our services.

In order to offer you a personalised experience when you visit us online or in the clinic we may collect information about the products you purchase, other information related to your purchases, and personal information and history related to a treatment at our clinic. Retention of Personal Information

We will only keep your information as long as you are a client of ours and for 5 years after your last treatment and or purchase or as otherwise required by law or our business operation records. This information will be kept secure at all times and only used for the legitimate purpose for which we require it or that you have consented to. After the stated period of time expires all your personal data will become anonymous. Some order information will be stored as an unknown customer.
